On Friday, April 27, 2007, the Coalition of Asian Pacific Americans (CAPA) will celebrate Asian Pacific American Achievements by presenting its first annual Lotus Award to Julie Azuma. The Fund-Raising Gala will be held at BLVD, 199 Bowery, New York, NY 10002 from 7 – 10pm. The Gala will begin at 7pm with Asian-Inspired Small Plates and an Open Bar. Entertainment will start at 8pm. Silent Auction closes at 9:30pm.
Come to the Gala, dressed to impress! Altra Magazine will indulge the first 200 guests who purchase Gala Tickets with a sit down with a professional photographer for a fashion shoot. Each guest will be pampered in the style of a Featured Altra Magazine Cover Model and will receive a personal Altra Magazine mock cover souvenir after the photo session. Otherwise, your name will be held on a wait list and the opportunity to sit with an Altra Magazine photographer will not be guaranteed.
Tickets are priced at $100 until March 26, 2007. $125 while supplies last. Tickets will not be sold at the door on the day of the Gala.
